Nordic Market - Front slips on wet weather and oil

Nordic forward prices are falling on Monday morning, due to bearish fuels and a somewhat lower spot price than expected, players said.
The Q2 09 contract was last seen changing hands at EUR 34.75/MWh on Nord Pool, down EUR 1.35 from Friday's settlement. "Increased precipitation in Norway during the weekend, and expectations of more to come today, put pressure on the spot and pulled the front down. Further out, the movements were bearish due to loweroil and coal  prices,” said Jens Østbye, trader
