Nordic Market - Front jumps on colder forecasts, strong spot

The front end of the Nordic power curve is rising strongly on Monday morning amid a stronger than expected system price and colder weather forecasts.
February was last seen trading at EUR 39.50/MWh, up EUR 2.95 day on day, while Q2 12 was up EUR 1.40 at EUR 33.80/MWh. Earlier the contracts had peaked at EUR 40.50/MWh and EUR 34.60/MWh respectively.
