Nordic Market - Front end soft on weather and spot

Nordic forward prices are coming off Monday morning, following wet and mild forecasts and a soft system price.
Monday's system price turned out at EUR 47.60/MWh, which according to traders was lower than expected. "The forward market is weakening quite a lot and the system price is one of the contributors. It is failing to strengthen, and is consequently pushing the forward market down. The weather forecasts are not extremely wet, but are continuing the wet trend," one trader commented. The
