Nordic Market - Forwards rise slightly, but market "still bearish"

Nordic power forwards are rising slightly on the back of marginally drier weather forecasts on Wednesday, but the market sentiment remains bearish, players said.
The Q3 12 contract was last seen at EUR 28.75/MWh, up 5 cents day on day, while Year 2013 was up 15 cents at EUR 37.90/MWh. "The Q3 contract rose to EUR 29 this morning due to a drier EC 12 weather forecast yesterday evening, but then the EC 00 came in wetter and in general the signals remain weak. With a hydrological surplus of 11-12 TWh, there are few incentives to start buying in this mark
