Colder and drier forecasts are pushing prices up Wednesday morning. The Q2-07 contract was traded as high as EUR 27.60/MWh, but has come off slightly to last changing hands at EUR 27.45.
The operational forecasts have reduced both temperatures and precipitation quite a lot from yesterday’s prognoses, and shows even colder weather than today at the end of the ten day period.
