Nordic Market - Dry week ahead

Nordic power prices fell at the opening, but the front end of the curve has later strengthened to above yesterday’s close. One of the explanations could be drier forecasts.
“Carbon prices dropped to EUR 16/tonne, sending German and Nordic power prices down as well. After that, the activity petered out and prices have strengthened again, as the focus shifted back to the weather,” says a Norwegian trader.
