Nordic Market - Drier forecasts lift curve

The Nordic power curve is rising on the back of drier weather forecasts, players said on Thursday morning.
The Q4 10 contract, which expires at the end of the day, was last seen at EUR 50.35/MWh, up 85 cents from Wednesday, while Q1 11 was up one euro at EUR 50.65/MWh. "The forecasts are all drier than those we saw yesterday. Therefore it is no surprise that prices are rising this morning,” said Henrik Ros, trader at Swedish supplier Din El. The latest EC 00 model predicts
