The Monday spot turned out lower than expected, pulling the market down today.
The V1-05 contract started 4 NOK down from the Friday close at 270 NOK/MWh. A Swedish trader finds this only natural. – There’s nothing remarkable about this. With much rain expected this weeekend, spot prices are likely to stay low into the start of next week. However, most contracts went upwards this morning, partly due to the colder and drier forecasts in the end.
