The market opened upwards Wednesday morning, as forecasts are still quite dry and fuel prices are climbing further. However, the long end has eased off from the top, among other things due to somewhat weaker coal prices.
Q4-08 rose to EUR 76.15 in early trade, but was last seen at EUR 73.50/MWh, down 2.10 from yesterday. The front year was at EUR 70.20 earlier, before softening to 68 sharp last, down 1.75 euro day on day.
