Nordic Market - Curve slides with Germany, mild weather

The Nordic power curve is continuing to slide on Tuesday amid mild weather and lower CO2 and German power prices.
The bellwether Q2 12 contract was last seen at EUR 28.50/MWh, down 10 cents day on day, while the front year contract was down 20 cents at EUR 40.35/MWh on the Nasdaq OMX exchange. "The front end of the curve is being pushed down ahead of delivery due to the strong hydrological situation and continued mild forecasts, while further out both coal and CO2 are looking slightly weaker,” said
