Nordic power forwards are climbing on Tuesday morning as political unrest in the Middle East prompts firmer fuel prices, in addition to a nuclear outage in Sweden.
The bellwether Q2 11 contract had gained EUR 0.95 at EUR 54.55/MWh, down from an early high of EUR 55.00/MWh. Meanwhile, the March 2011 contract had risen EUR 1.20 to EUR EUR 63.50/MW.
