Nordic Market - Continuing down

The precipitation delivered this week and the continued wet and mild forecasts are pushing the forward market further down Thursday morning. Several contracts in the front end of the curve have lost around a euro from yesterday’s settlement.
February lost more than one euro yesterday, and has dropped another euro so far today, with a last trade at EUR 39.00/MWh. Q2-06 is down 45 cents to last change hands at 37.50“Prices are down mainly because of the weather, with wetter and milder forecasts and 2-3 TWh of precipitation delivered in the last two days. This improves the hydrological balance and keeps the system price
