Nordic Market - Consolidation

The contracts at Nord Pool are being traded at around yesterday’s level this morning. The system price is expected to ease off for tomorrow, while the weather forecasts are mainly keeping up the dry and cold trend.
“Not much has happened so far. The market is consolidating after the severe rise, and I guess we could stay within yesterday’s range for the rest of the day, and perhaps also the rest of this week,” says Oddvar Fodstad at Navitas Nordic Trading.He sees no significant changes from yesterday, but assumes that someone is speculating on an approaching weather change. “
