Nordic power prices are moving sideways on Tuesday morning after early gains on the back of stronger oil and coal prices.
The Q3 09 contract was trading down five cents from Tuesday at EUR 33.70/MWh while YR 10 was up five cents at EUR 36.05/MWh at time of writing.
"The market remains focused on oil, and coal is also rising slowly day by day. CO2 is moving in the opposite direction today, but players seem more interested in the oil price,” said André Hellström, trader at Östkraft in Sweden.
