Nordic Market - Bullish mood despite spot pressure

In spite of expectations of falling spot prices and a weak front, the longer contracts keep strengthening. The players mainly attribute the rise to increasing German prices.
The traders do not see any significant fundamental changes today. There are no trades in the front contracts, but the spreads indicate a sideways movement. The longer contracts have come up from yesterday. In a quiet day of trading, much of the focus is on Swedish nuclear production, which is only running at half output on the eve of the final closure of Barsebäck 2 (800 MW). Forward prices are heading northwards on thin volumes.
