The Thursday morning market was at first down after yesterday’s correction, and prices dropped even more during the forenoon session. Traders argued that the forwards could be faced with a more bullish tone ahead though, due to the high pressure outlooks.
But expectations are that that the spot should hit the bottom during the weekend, as new multitudes of precipitation are anticipated. The total reservoir situation in Sweden is apparently reaching normal levels too, so also next week the spot should be weak, a Norwegian trader stated.– We have received enormous amounts of rain and the spot has fallen significantly as a consequence.
