Nordic Market - Adjustment

Nordic power prices are coming down this morning as players are adjusting their positions ahead of the weekend.
After opening on par with yesterday's close of EUR 38.60/MWh, the Q4-07 contract soon came down to 38.00 and was last seen at 38.30."Today's forecasts do indicate a wetter end to the 10 day period, and that is probably the main reason why prices have come down," said Nils Petter Benjaminsen of Eidsiva Energi. After dropping strongly yesterday, prices are up across the board at Nord Pool with Q4-07 gaining more than a euro to EUR 38.15/MWh and Year 08 last seen at 46.55 (+0.65).
