Market - Vulnerable in all directions

The Thursday market opened down a few NOK, seeing that precipitation delivered the last 24 hours, and that more is expected today and ahead. “The weather is unsettled and the system is very vulnerable at the moment. Prices go too far in both directions,” a Norwegian trader argued. A Swedish trader said he didn’t have a clue what we’ll see next week.
The morning session traded down, as rain delivered last night and more is expected today. The Thursday market was in a Friday mood, however, with relatively thin volumes and little action. The overall weather picture is not showing great deviations from normalcy, and a Norwegian player characterized the morning as flat and calm, without big news. A Swedish trader said that the trouble over nuclear power contributes strongly to hold back the downside, but saw no immediate upside either.
