The Thursday morning market strengthened from the Wednesday afternoon’s drop. Weather forecasts confirm rather dry and cool conditions for the period, which obviously is not contributing to improve the hydrological balance. NENA said this morning that it remains theoretically possible that a situation will occur up until week 18/19. It is more than theory that prices could become very high, however.
In an extended perspective that includes the entire winter, past, present and what’s left of it, analyst NENA said this morning that the current market picture shows great stability after it has been wrongly priced in the seasonal contracts for some time.
