Market – Still boarding

(powernews.org) - Thursday morning showed signs of doubt, as the weather situation is uncertain, while corrections were made to the south due to wetter prognoses.
A Swedish trader argued this morning that the fundamental situation points in favour of a bear market, and that the last days’ uptrend was to a large extent created by a single biggie. A Norwegian trader was of the opinion that this morning’s downside could be the full bearish potential, and expressed her confidence in a stable and continued uptrend, but saw no final signals yet.

Market – Massive bear attack

(powernews.org) - The afternoon market was a mixed bag as the nearest weeks remained in the red, while the forward contracts corrected somewhat up. The system price came in as expected and went just a little down to 181.47 NOK/MWh (-3.17). A Norwegian trader was of the opinion this afternoon that too many players don’t understand the weather prognoses at the moment.
