Market - Sobriety at all time high

Unsurprisingly the Wednesday morning market continued its climb due to the dry weather outlooks for next week and after a strong close Tuesday. A Norwegian trader argued that the market has shown exceptional sobriety on the way up, and held that the optics resemble the “old days.” A Norwegian producer pointed out the W1-03 all time high, which we in writing moment are greeting.

Market - Getting nasty
As the Monday system price came flying up at 211.87 NOK/MWh, the market took another leap this morning and W1-03 cruelly stepped up some 11 NOK. Players today agree that the re-pricing had to come, and that currently nothing points in a direction other than up. The infamous year 1996 has been mentioned as a possible measure for what could lie ahead.

As the Monday system price came flying up at 211.87 NOK/MWh, the market took another leap this morning and W1-03 cruelly stepped up some 11 NOK. Market - Correct me if I’m wrong
Finally the market saw what is characterized as a healthy correction of the persistent bull trend, and fell a solid NOK in an otherwise thin market. There seems to be no immediate belief in a u-turn, however, since the amounts of precipitation in today’s forecasts are only marginally higher than yesterday. And repeat: To change the trend a lot of precipitation will have to be delivered.
