Market - Silence in the market of fear

The Thursday market opened sideways, but lifted a little during thin morning trading. Only small changes were seen in today’s weather outlooks, but the market is awaiting more radical news. A trader at a Norwegian production company considered both bull and bear factors this morning.

Market - Risky business, sensitive level
There was little that would help prices down this morning, seeing weather outlooks that just won’t let go of cool and dry weather. The upside this Friday wasn’t formidable, but V1-04 was back at yesterday morning’s level. A Norwegian trader argued that yesterday’s fall was triggered by the hope of wetter outlooks today, which didn’t happen. A Swedish player held that we are getting ever nearer a very sensitive hydrological level, and that risk is formidable till Monday.

There was little that would help prices down this morning, seeing weather outlooks that just won’t let go of cool and dry weather. The upside this Friday wasn’t formidable, but V1-04 was back at yesterday morning’s level. A Norwegian trader argued that yesterday’s fall was triggered by the hope of wetter outlooks today, which didn’t happen. A Swedish player held that we are getting ever nearer a very sensitive hydrological level, and that risk is formidable till Monday.

Market - A little scary
With continued dry and cold weather outlooks, the morning market was lifted. The market remains sceptic to going long though, but with high German prices in addition to a worsening hydrological balance, a Swedish trader argued that we could now be closing in on a bad bull trend. A trader at a Norwegian production company denied that there is a gigantic upside ahead, but acknowledged that things look a little scary.

The market remains sceptic to going long though, but with high German prices in addition to a worsening hydrological balance, a Swedish trader argued that we could now be closing in on a bad bull trend.
