The split between the high centred GFS and low centred EC kept the market at bay this morning, and the V1-04 contract was lifted just a couple of NOK. But the weather remains mild, precipitation is being realized and prices are too high, a Norwegian and a Swedish player agreed this morning.
The trader at a Norwegian production company argued that the current prices would have to come down. The only factor that could keep prices up is a blocking high, while everything else points south.- The risk premium is too high in the winter contract, but reality is catching up with the market.
