Market - Power picnic

Monday morning was a thin affair, as the majority of the market seems to have left for their holidays. Winter2 fell NOK 1.25 on 8 MW, and the weather forecasts again give promises of a continued wet summer. The spot kept its stand today, however, with the R2 delay.

Market - All good things could be three
The Tuesday market continued its southern trip, as weather forecasts are laying the ground for more precipitation. The weak Oslo spot contributes strongly to the bearish market sentiment, and the question now seems to be whether the autumn contract will continue ranging or break through the NOK 155 level for the third time.

The Tuesday market continued its southern trip, as weather forecasts are laying the ground for more precipitation. Market - Peaceful in the bear pit
After some brave attempts to lift the market on dry forecasts and a strong spot yesterday, the thin Friday morning market dropped on more normal weather outlooks. Players said today that they don’t expect much action in the weeks to come and do not necessarily see a big downside quite yet, but a breakthrough on the downside is what they see, eventually.
