The Tuesday market had few limits on the upside, and the volatility witnessed earlier this autumn faded into a bleak shadow of today’s movements. And there are good reasons to worry about many factors ahead this winter.

The Tuesday morning market continued on its highway to heaven, or hell if you prefer, as weather forecasts are as bullish as they get under the already bad conditions. Figures speak for themselves, with the December weeks up a 100 NOK, V1-03 leaping some 50 NOK to 478 NOK/MWh, and YR-03 lifting above 300 NOK/MWh.
