Market - Oh, mega bull

With possible omega high weather outlooks, the V1-04 contract gapped up to 400 NOK/MWh at open. A Norwegian trader argued that the producers had started to buy back what they sold earlier this year, but that more bullish information would be necessary for prices to lift further. Another Norwegian trader saw no signs of a weather change, and consequently “it won’t stop here, but there will be a battle around the 400 NOK/MWh level.”
The price lift has been formidable the last days, seeing V1-04 traded at all time high 408 NOK/MWh this morning. Market - A breather
The Wednesday morning market was quiet, and V1-04 traded first up to 411 NOK/MWh before it fell below 400 NOK/MWh. Traders characterized the morning as a breather, and expected little to happen before clearer weather indicators are presented and the spot is lifted next week.

Market - No taming of that bull
V1-04 traded up to 380 NOK/MWh this morning, while the front fell a few NOK seeing the weakish Monday system price. The dry end in the weather outlooks made it quite natural that the winter contract continued up, a Swedish player argued, while according to a Norwegian trader prices are generally considered too high, but the resource situation isn’t all that good either.
