Market - Not plummeting, sagging

The Wednesday market remained bearish, and V1-04 traded back to yesterday’s low 340 NOK/MWh as the weather outlooks are wet and mild. A Norwegian trader argued that to see prices further down the system price would have to continue weakening. A Swedish trader said that the fear of the upside has been reduced considerably now, but with the hydrological deficit precipitation must keep delivering.
The market sentiment is bearish and attempts are being made to get out of the 340-350 V1-04 range, the Norwegian trader said. For that to happen on the downside, the spot must fall further.- I doubt that the spot will be much weaker than this, but to see prices sag further down, the spot should be fixed below 290 NOK/MWh. Given the levels that we have now, there isn’t very much dow
