Market - Not as high

The Tuesday market opened down on profit taking and less bullish forecast. But prices have slowly regained strength during morning hours, and a Norwegian trader said today’s opening prices were just a correction to the bull trend, not an end to it.
Many had expected the V2-03 contract to test the NOK/MWh 255 area today, but instead the seasonal bellwether opened down at NOK 249, and reached a low of NOK 247 before bouncing back to NOK 250.- Yesterday’s market went a bit too far. Today we are witnessing a natural correction to that, but I still find it more likely that we will see V2-03 back above NOK 250 than down towards NOK

Market - Still strong, but for how long?
After a weak opening, forward prices rose steadily throughout the day finishing around yesterday´s closing levels. The Wednesday system price came out on the stronger side of expectations at NOK/MWh 225.29 (+8.16), and helped lift he market this afternoon.

The Tuesday market opened down on profit taking and less bullish forecast. But prices have slowly regained strength during morning hours, and a Norwegian trader said today’s opening prices were just a correction to the bull trend, not an end to it.
Many had expected the V2-03 contract to test the NOK/MWh 255 area today, but instead the seasonal bellwether opened down at NOK 249, and reached a low of NOK 247 before bouncing back to NOK 250.- Yesterday’s market went a bit too far. Today we are witnessing a natural correction to that, but I still find it more likely that we will see V2-03 back above NOK 250 than down towards NOK
