The wet weather outlooks took the V1-04 contract further down from the weak close yesterday. A Swedish trader argued that prices would continue down form the current 330-level as well, but that players were a little cautious here since today’s very wet EC prognosis quite likely would be less wet tomorrow.
V1-04 was traded down to 328 NOK/MWh at the lowest this morning, at which point the ones who were positioned for the fall started taking some profit, the trader said.
