MARKET – Low me tender

(powernews.org) - The merciless downside trend was confirmed again this morning, as temperatures and precipitation forecasts are unambiguously bearish. With some three times average precipitation outlooks for the first five days, and only with marginal postponement of higher temperatures, the morning figures speak for themselves, a Norwegian trader argued.
