Liquidity was low in today’s morning market, and only the nearest forward contract saw some turnover. Trading took place around the Wednesday close, the level at which the market was stuck this forenoon, before lifting marginally.
A trader with a Norwegian producer said today that the beartrend would continue after the current jam, however, and expected a thin market moving steadily down the next few weeks. Lows lingerYesterday the market lifted on increasingly wet outlooks, while today the levels were brought marginally down at opening on somewhat drier prospects

With continued wet forecasts and rising temperatures, the quiet morning market nonetheless got a marginal lift as profit was taken in on today´s level. The reservoirs keep filling up steadily, however, and just yesterday 1.3TWh was delivered in Sweden and Norway, powernews.org is informed.
