The week started off carefully, seeing the summer contract open flat before lifting a few NOK. Players expressed uncertainty for the period ahead, as they were a little bullish on the temperatures but not so much so regarding the snow situation.
The system price is expected to increase throughout this week as the cold weather increases in strength, reaching its coldest this weekend. Promising amounts of precipitation and diminishing cold weather at the beginning of next week take the extreme bull factors away however, a Norwegian trader said.- The spot should strengthen the next few days before it gets milder again next week.
