Market - Buy, oh buy

The buyers were in charge of the market Monday, and with a shift of focus from SO2 to Winter2, the autumn was lifted twice as much as the summer this morning. Less precipitation than prognosticated is being delivered, and according to a Norwegian trader that is not unusual, and held that players are now buying through the last wet period this spring.
An international trader argued that the highs seen in today’s forecasts come in as too different from yesterday’s prognosis. LessAs large amounts of precipitation have been forecast lately, it now appears that only just half of it has been delivered over the weekend. The Norwegian trader said this morning that that should have been expected, since April

Market - Without a direction
The forward contracts kept their value gained on Monday this morning, while the weeks dropped back to Friday´s levels, and the overall view is that there is no sure direction today as weather forecasts are unsure. Technically the market looks strong, and the possibilities of drier weather next week contributes to strengthening the market, a Swedish trader said.

The forward contracts kept their value gained on Monday this morning, while the weeks dropped back to Friday´s levels, and the overall view is that there is no sure direction today as weather forecasts are unsure. Technically the market looks strong, and the possibilities of drier weather next week contributes to strengthening the market, a Swedish trader said.

The Friday market was unambiguously bearish, and SO2 broke down through the strong NOK 120 support level, while Winter2 traded down to NOK 157.50, demonstrating its bearish ruling. The fact that some players seem to have been waiting for a change to a drier weather trend was scattered today, and traders we spoke with seem to agree that the most certain way from here is down.
