Market - Bear with care

Thursday morning was an antithesis of the liquid and volatile market witnessed lately, and players seemed content with the SO2 NOK 133-level on the options exercise day.
With today’s weather prognoses no strong input helped the bears hit the market further down, and according to an international trader, the EC prognosis decelerated a new gap this morning after the strong sell signals yesterday. Market - Head-and-shoulders, knee and toe?
The Friday morning market was bearish and relatively thin, as SO2 was taken down below NOK 130 gracefully with forecasts boding well for more precipitation. As the options exercise of SO2 yesterday was completed, a Norwegian trader today spoke of a weather centred market next week, and that the SO2 130 level is right in the middle of the wide 120/140 range, in which the nearest future will be played out.

Market - Time to boogie with the bear?
With adjusted weather forecasts the bellwether SO2 took the market down a few NOKs this morning, rolling down to NOK 136 at the lowest. Today’s correction from Monday’s bullmaster leap is a highly natural reaction, traders argued this morning, and held that the weather trend eventually will change towards a wetter scenario now.
