Continued dry forecasts lifted the Tuesday market back up after the Monday afternoon drop. A Norwegian trader pointed out that the high pressures and low pressures are now circling around together, and remained somewhat bearish for what lies ahead as the hydrological situation remains good. A trader with a Norwegian producer was more bullish in the medium-long term.
