Market - Back towards fundamental levels

The Wednesday market opened in panic, regained strength during morning hours, and ended the day comfortably up on yesterday. A Swedish trader expected that the market would recover its composure now after a week of unexplainable movements.
When the V1-03 contract traded as low as NOK 202 this morning, a NOK 40.50 plunge from its Friday close, some traders were speaking of a ruined market. During the day the market has regained strength, and the V1-03 was last traded at NOK 219.50 after climbing steady throughout the day. Players today express that they are not surprised that the market is lifting again. They agree that the forward curve is both strange and underpriced, and believe in a bull trend, but are quick to take profit. ”The market remains nervous after the surprisingly huge fall we have witnessed, and it is natural that players are somewhat more careful now. The bottom may have been reached, players argued this morning, and held the early morning panic triggered by a precipitation surplus to be over, and the V1-03 contract was brought back to bull-life. The current roller coaster market has made many dizzy, however, and the gigantic volatility witnessed has frustrated many, pleased a few and possibly ruined some.
