The Tuesday market continued its southern trip, as weather forecasts are laying the ground for more precipitation. The weak Oslo spot contributes strongly to the bearish market sentiment, and the question now seems to be whether the autumn contract will continue ranging or break through the NOK 155 level for the third time.
The downside is huge once the break comes an international trader said this morning. A Norwegian trader saw a ranging scenario for yet some time. In a relatively thin Tuesday market, the autumn contract was brought down to NOK 155.25 at the lowest, and the third time around could be set for a break through Winter2’s support level.
