Market - Adjusting to wet forecasts

The Friday market opened in the red as more rain presented itself in this morning’s forecasts. The Summer and Autumn seasons are down 2.75 and 2.85 NOK/MWh from their closing prices yesterday.
A change towards more unsettled weather have been forecast all week, and was confirmed – and strengthened - this morning. Rain on top of low consumption due to public holidays at the end of next week could cause a fall in prices next week, according to a Swedish trader.“I am quite bearish on price developments next week. Market - Staying bullish
Yesterday’s downside proved to be just a correction to the strong bull trend, and when today’s forecast also showed a slightly drier scenario, the forwards headed north again. V2-03 has been traded at NOK/MWh 269 today, its highest price since January 3.

Yesterday’s downside proved to be just a correction to the strong bull trend, and when today’s forecast also showed a slightly drier scenario, the forwards headed north again. V2-03 has been traded at NOK/MWh 269 today, its highest price since January 3.
