Market - A Friday lift

The Friday market was lifted, V1-04 up to 355 NOK/MWh at the highest. There were no obvious reasons for the lift, a Norwegian trader said, but pointed to the fact that little precipitation is being delivered and that the fear of the upside has not yet been cancelled.
Not unlike Fridays recently, prices were raised this morning. V1-04 fell back from the highest during the morning session, however, but remained above 350 NOK/MWh. For next week little is certain, and players said this morning that it is impossible to predict what will happen.
