GAS - Zeebrugge prices fall

(Heren Energy) - Prices closed lower across the market at Zeebrugge on Thursday, amid selling at the NBP following the announcement from pipeline operator IUK that it would undertake the necessary operations as of 06:00 on Friday 14th November to switch the gas flow rate back to UK import mode or reverse flow.
Day-ahead basis was heard moving from around –0.45 p/th to be bid at –0.20 p/th and offered at +0.35 p/th, while Weekend basis similarly turned to positive from –0.30 p/th early on to be bid at +0.10 p/th and offered at +0.50 p/th on the news.Nevertheless, players said they were unsurprised at IUK’s decision, and pointed to the current “low” volumes of
