(Heren Energy) - The Zeebrugge prompt market moved bullishly on Thursday with uncertainty regarding the return of the North Sea ’s Elgin-Franklin field. “It was expected to return today and the uncertainty drove the price moved up,” said one player.
It emerged that the field did return, albeit at low capacity.
