After reaaching new record highs yesterday, crude oil prices eased off before close and are currently trading below the 100 dollar mark. Gas and carbon also fell in value yesteday while coal came up.
Crude oil prices hit an intraday record of USD 102.10 inNew York yesterday, before slipping to USD 99.64 (1.24) at the close. The front Brent month settled at USD 98.27/barrel (-1.20), after being traded as high as USD 100.53 during the day.
