Commodities - The prevailing bear

It was another bearish day on the fuels and commodity markets as prices fell across the board.
While first phase carbon prices closed up a touch, second phase contracts closed down on Tuesday. The December 07 contract closed at EUR 0.85, up slightly from Monday. December 08 fell to an all-time intra-day low of EUR 11.80 at one stage before recovering to EUR 12.25 by the end of the day.One trader said that trading was influenced by bearish developments on other commodity markets. &
