Commodities - Softer oil prices

Crude oil prices softened Thursday on rising inventories. Carbon prices eased as well, but saw firm support at around EUR 16/tonne.
Crude oil prices eased Thursday after the latest US data showed crude stocks rose by 1.6m barrels last week compared with a consensus forecast for a decline. In New York , crude for July delivery settled at USD 70.34/barrel, down 95 cents from the previous day, and down from an intraday high of 71.90. The front Brent month fell 1.02 dollars to settle below the USD 70 mark at 69.39/barrel at the
