Commodities - Softer in all markets

Prices headed south in most energy markets yesterday. Acitity is also down ahead of the Christmas and New Year holidays.
Oil prices fell Thursday on forecast of rising temperatures in the northern US in addition to a report showing higher than average natural gas stockpiles.  Crude oil for February delivery yesterday fell 0.5 percent to USD 58.28 a barrel, its first decline in two days. The contract was at USD 58.18 a barrel, down 11 cents, in after-hours electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Excha

Commodities - Oil jumps on rising demand
Rising demand for fuel pushed oil prices up yesterday, despite higher than expected US crude oil inventories. Gas prices for the winter fell in value along with carbon while coal gained.
