Oil prices fell more than two dollars yesterday, partly as a reaction to statements from the Saudi energy minister, Ali al-Naimi, who said that Opec might keep production quotas unchanged after its next meeting in March.
In New York, the front month contract ended the day at USD 57.81/barrel, down 2.08 from before the weekend.
