It was a day of upward adjustments in the energy related commodities yesterday, with oil gaining almost four dollars both in New York and London.
After a heavy slump on Monday, oil prices hit back yesterday amid a 0.75 percentage cut in interest rates by the US Federal Reserve. At the end of the day, the April WTI contract at Nymex was up USD 3.74 at USD 109.43/barrel while Brent for May was up USD 3.81 at USD 105.56/barrel at London's ICE.However, prices are coming back down on a stronger US dollar this morning.
