Oil prices are trading down early on Monday after losing over USD 1 in the previous session on poor fundamentals, players said.
The front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 65.20/bbl, down 41 cents on the previous close. On Friday, the contract lost USD 1.04 day on day to close at USD 65.61/bbl.
Bearish jobless data and high gasoline inventories in the US helped pull crude prices down last week, said analysts.
