Oil prices firmed yesterday, while gas prices came off across the board. The coal market remains strong.
Crude oil prices rose yesterday on concerns that tight European supplies may restrict gasoline exports, Bloomberg reports. This could impede the efforts to increase the fuel stockpiles before the peak demand period begins. Gasoline jumped to an eight-day high yesterday. Crude oil for June delivery gained 26 cents to USD 61.81 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange on Thursday
