Crude oil prices are tumbling on Monday morning - down USD 3 on Friday's close - after Standard & Poor's lowered the US credit rating boosting fears over the outlook for the world's biggest economy.
Front month contract for Brent North Sea crude oil was last seen changing hands at USD 105.98/bbl on the ICE platform, down USD 3.39 on Friday's close.
On Nymex, the WTI front month contract was last seen at USD 83.54/bbl, down USD 3.34 on Friday's close.
